Returns

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not caused by a product defect or fulfillment error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@whippetyingbang.com before returning the item. If the return is approved due to our error or a product issue, WhippetYingBang will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate resolution.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
f your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This statutory right is in addition to our general 30-day return policy.

Refunds
