Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
